CMCEA is an advocate and voice for all

Provide workplace support to CMCEA members and ensure information from the local leadership and TEA is relayed. 

CMCEA has five area representatives who assist the building level representatives in supporting members.

Meets regularly with CMCSS officials to represent CMCEA members with special regard to maintaining a safe and effective work environment

Works to identify, interview and support local political office candidates who have the best interest for public education
